Who rearranged the seating? There are 2 seats in particular which no-one uses unless absolutely necessary, simply because they face AWAY from the notice board, no-one want to be turning round to read it every time it "pings". Let's have a better layout.

If you want to be able to get to see a doctor then don't register at this surgery. Each time I want an appointment then on average I have to wait at least 1 week (even when trying to get a same day appointment) and right now ive been trying to get one for nearly 2 weeks!! In the past I have also had to beg for my 2 year old to get an appointment! They put limited appointments online and again mininal availability if at all. I work in a gp surgery that often has same day appointments available past 08.30am and patients are also seen by the same gp to provide continuity. I don't actually know who my gp is and I have never seen the same gp more than once! This morning 7th april 2015......I was trying to get an appointment from 8am......it took 75 redials and until nearly 8.30 to get through to then be told......nothing available......yet again!! Torally ridiculous and totally fed up!! I only go if I really need to be seen......but you get to the point where you just dont bother anymore because you cant get seen......I have never had this problem at other gp surgery's.....this one is awful!!

All the staff at the Ryan Medical centre are Very Friendly, extremely helpful and very professional ! All in all, a Very good Medical Centre ! 10/10

I have been a patient for over 20 years I have always had great service & care from doctors and staff. In the last 5 years my health has deteriorated and have many long term painful conditions and I am on many medicines . The doctors are great explain everything in detail and they do listen to you, they don't just send you a way with a pill ,as I am only in my 40's so they are trying all ways to reduce my medication , giving advice on ways to manage my conditions . People moan that the doctors don't listen but you have a10 min appointment they cant deal with 3 and 4 different ailments in that time why don't they book a double appointment if they have more than one or two ailments the doctors never mind if you do this and it stops the doctors falling behind. The only negative is when ringing for an appointment in a morning but you are doing things to improve this by Sunday openings ,early morning app, online app system which shows you are trying to deal with negatives. The only suggestion I can think of is maybe a way of doing appointments by Skype as some ailments cant be explained over phone so needs a face to face appointment were with Skype you can see the problem . All in all fantastic practice, good doctors , good staff, great care
